  • Upon the acceptance of any appointment by a Security Trustee under this Agreement of a successor Security Trustee, and upon due execution of a Security Trustee Deed of Accession in the form set out in Schedule 2, such successor Security Trustee shall thereupon succeed to and become vested with all rights, powers, privileges and duties of the retiring Security Trustee which shall be discharged from its duties and obligations hereunder.
