Security Phrase definition

Security Phrase means a specific phrase if provided and maintained in Customer’s Account by each Authorized Individual that the Authorized Individual must say to EnCirca when making a request.

Examples of Security Phrase in a sentence

  • If the Bank is unable to reach any of the Company’s Call Back Representatives or a Call Back Representative fails to provide the correct Security Phrase, the wire transfer request will be rejected by the Bank.

  • Final confirmation of the request requires the Call Back Representative to provide the Bank with its current Security Phrase.

  • If the Bank is unable to reach the Customer or the Customer fails to provide the correct Security Phrase, the wire transfer request will be rejected by the Bank.

  • If the Customer suspects that its Security Phrase has been shared or compromised, the Customer will contact the Bank immediately.

  • If the Company believes or suspects that its system has been breached or information, including without limitation any user ID, password, or Security Phrase, has been accessed by an unauthorized person, the Company will verbally notify the Bank immediately at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or, for hearing disabled customers, TTY service ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, followed by written confirmation within 24 hours of the initial verbal notification.

  • The Customer agrees to take reasonable precautionary measures to keep the Security Phrase confidential.

  • Final confirmation of the request requires the Customer to provide the Bank with its current Security Phrase.

  • For purposes of this section, Security Phrase shall be considered a Security Procedure and subject to all the requirements of Security Procedures as provided for in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all requirements related to the confidentiality and use of such Security Procedures.

  • The Company agrees to take reasonable precautionary measures to protect the Security Phrase of each Call Back Representative, including training each Call Back Representative to keep his or her Security Phrase private.

  • If the Customer believes or suspects that its system has been breached or information, including without limitation any user ID, password, or Security Phrase, has been accessed by an unauthorized person, the Customer will verbally notify the Bank immediately at 1-888-8CAPFED or, for hearing disabled customers, TTY service ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, followed by written confirmation within 24 hours of the initial verbal notification.

Related to Security Phrase

  • Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:

  • Security Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and terminating upon discharge of the security created by the Security Documents by payment of all moneys payable thereunder;

  • Security alarm system means a device or series of devices, intended to summon law enforcement personnel during, or as a result of, an alarm condition. Devices may include hard- wired systems and systems interconnected with a radio frequency method such as cellular or private radio signals that emit or transmit a remote or local audible, visual, or electronic signal; motion detectors, pressure switches, duress alarms (a silent system signal generated by the entry of a designated code into the arming station to indicate that the user is disarming under duress); panic alarms (an audible system signal to indicate an emergency situation); and hold-up alarms (a silent system signal to indicate that a robbery is in progress).

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Security Provider means a person which, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, provides or is to provide any guarantee or other surety or security in respect of that Party’s obligations under this Agreement;
