SECURITY IDENTIFICATION DISPLAY AREA (SIDA) definition
SECURITY IDENTIFICATION DISPLAY AREA (SIDA) means the area designated as such in the Airport Security Program where the wearing of appropriate Airport-Issued Identification Media is required for Airport security in accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 1542. This includes all Secured Areas around the passenger terminal.
SECURITY IDENTIFICATION DISPLAY AREA (SIDA) means a portion of an airport, specified in the airport security pro- gram, in which security measures spec- ified in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations are carried out. This area includes the secured area and may in- clude other areas of the airport.
SECURITY IDENTIFICATION DISPLAY AREA (SIDA) means the area identified by the Airport Director where the wearing of external identification badges is required for Airport security in accordance with 49 CFR 1542 and the Airport Security Manual. This includes all Secured Areas around the passenger terminal used for the boarding and servicing of scheduled commercial airlines.
