Security Deposit Agreement definition

Security Deposit Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Security Deposit Agreement, dated as of the Execution Date but to be effective as of the Effective Date, by and among, inter alia, Marriott, Manager, Tenant and CY Tenant, as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified from time to time.
