Security Classification Level definition

Security Classification Level means a category which, in accordance with national laws and regulations, characterises the level of restriction of access to Classified Information and the minimum level of its protection by the Parties;
Security Classification Level means a category which, according to the national legislation, indicates the importance of Classified Information and which determines certain restrictions of access to it, measures of protection and marking;

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. Action Levels are used to determine the applicability of Section 5-261 to stationary sources and shall be derived in accordance with the method prescribed in Appendix E of these regulations.

  • S&P Industry Classification The S&P Industry Classifications set forth in Schedule 2 hereto, which industry classifications may be updated at the option of the Collateral Manager if S&P publishes revised industry classifications.
