  • RSUs will be granted on the first business day of the month following your promotion date and will vest equally over four years on the anniversary date of the grant and per the terms of the grant notice.

Related to Security Classification Level

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. Action Levels are used to determine the applicability of Section 5-261 to stationary sources and shall be derived in accordance with the method prescribed in Appendix E of these regulations.

The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
