Securitization Trustee definition

Securitization Trustee means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas or any other bank, trust company or financial institution acting as an indenture trustee or collateral agent under the Financing Facility Documents for any financing facility.
Securitization Trustee means, in the case of a financing involving an Exchange Note, any related owner trustee or indenture trustee.
Securitization Trustee means any trustee appointed as such under the Transaction Documents with respect to any Securitized Financing.
