  • In the event it is determined that any consent is required from the Trustee or Certificate Insurer or any other person in connection with the entrance by the Securitization Bank into any Payment Blockage Letter, the Borrower and each Subsidiary Grantor shall use its best efforts to obtain any such required consent.
