Securities trading brokerage commission definition

Securities trading brokerage commission means any commission or fee paid on or for a brokered security transaction, a purchase of a security or any other kind of trade of a security.

  • Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.

  • Railways Commission means the Western Australian Government Railways Commission established pursuant to the Government Railways Xxx 0000;

  • NASD means the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.

  • City Commission means the legislative body of the City of Miami.
