The Collateral shall be returned to Borrower at the termination of the Loan upon the return of the Loaned Securities by Borrower to State Street in accordance with the applicable Securities Loan Agreement.
Each Securities Loan Agreement shall have such terms and conditions as State Street may negotiate with the Borrower.
In connection with the lending of Available Securities, a Fund shall pay to the Lending Agent a percentage (the “Lending Agent Fee Percentage”) of the net amount earned from securities lending activities, consisting of income earned on the investment and reinvestment of Cash Collateral plus any Securities Loan Fees otherwise paid by the Authorized Borrowers.
Each Fund authorizes State Street to enter into one or more Securities Loan Agreements with such Borrowers as may be selected by State Street.
If the value of the cash Collateral so invested is insufficient to return any and all other amounts due to such Borrower pursuant to the Securities Loan Agreement, the Fund shall be responsible for such shortfall as set forth in Section 9.
