Securities Dealers means, collectively, the Purchaser's Securities Dealer and the Seller's Securities Dealer.
securities dealer means a person or entity that is authorized under provincial legislation to engage in the business of dealing in securities or any other financial instruments or to provide portfolio management or investment advising services.
Quotation means the Bidder’s response made on the Quotation form set out on Part E of this RFQ with all appendices or addenda submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFQ;
Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
NASD means the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
national means any individual possessing the nationality of a Contracting State and any legal person, partnership or association deriving its status as such from the laws in force in a Contracting State;
Stock Market means a market, or other place at which, or a facility by means of which—
Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.
OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.
NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;
exempt market dealer means a person or company registered in the category of exempt market dealer;
OTC means Over-the-Counter.
NASDAQ means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
Bulletin Board means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
Over-the-Counter security shall mean a security traded in some context other than on a formal exchange. OTC occurs with commodities, Financial Instruments (including stocks) and derivatives of such products.
OTC Bulletin Board means the over-the-counter electronic bulletin board.
Stock Exchange The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
Portal Market means The Portal Market operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or any successor thereto.
Over-the-Counter Medication means medication that can be purchased without a written prescription including herbal remedies, vitamins, and mineral supplements.
Recognized Stock Exchange means any stock exchange agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties;
Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.
Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.
Small group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health
NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.
Over-the-counter drug means a drug that contains a label
