Securities Act (Alberta) definition

Securities Act (Alberta) means the Securities Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. S-4, as amended, including the regulations made and, from time to time, in force under that Act.
Securities Act (Alberta) means the Securities Act, SX, 0000, c.S-61, as amended, and the regulations thereunder; and any comparable or successor laws or regulations thereto;
