Secured Properties definition

Secured Properties means the Properties mortgaged to a Secured Creditor;
Secured Properties mean the real properties, fixtures and/or facilities as described in the Mortgages.
Secured Properties means, collectively, the real properties described on Schedule E and the undertaking and personal property relating thereto which are security for the Obligations of the Borrowers hereunder and the property subject to the Security, on terms satisfactory to the Agent; and includes the lands, premises, buildings, improvements, structures, lease rights and rights of superficies and personal property and appurtenant rights relating thereto owned or leased by the Borrowers from time to time, and “Secured Property” means any one of them.

  • Such other information as it may reasonably request respecting the Credit Parties and the Secured Properties.

  • For greater certainty, the Credit Parties acknowledge and agree that neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be required to enforce against any Secured Property or the Collateral (or any part thereof) prior to demanding payment from a Credit Party and payment by the Borrowers or any other Credit Party shall not prevent the Agent or any Lender from realizing upon the collective interest of the Credit Parties in the Secured Properties or the Collateral (or any part thereof).

  • Evidence of the payment of realty taxes to the Secured Properties shall be provided on a no less than annual basis.


More Definitions of Secured Properties

Secured Properties shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14.29, and as more specifically set forth on Schedule 14.29 attached hereto.
Secured Properties means all of the real property that is subject to the lien of any of the Deeds of Trust, including, without limitation, the land, buildings, fixtures and other improvements located thereon.
