Such other information as it may reasonably request respecting the Credit Parties and the Secured Properties.
For greater certainty, the Credit Parties acknowledge and agree that neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be required to enforce against any Secured Property or the Collateral (or any part thereof) prior to demanding payment from a Credit Party and payment by the Borrowers or any other Credit Party shall not prevent the Agent or any Lender from realizing upon the collective interest of the Credit Parties in the Secured Properties or the Collateral (or any part thereof).
