Secured Credit Facilities definition

Secured Credit Facilities has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Secured Credit Facilities means the Company’s secured credit facilities, including (a) that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated September 21, 2006, among the Company, CoBank, ACB, and others, as amended, (b) that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Secured Credit Agreement, dated February 8, 2007, among the Company, To-Ricos, Ltd., the Bank of Montreal, and others, as amended and (c) the Post-Petition Credit Agreement.
Secured Credit Facilities means the facilities made available thereunder. Sevan Sevan Drilling Limited.

  • Non-compliance with the financial ratio maintenance covenant contained in our Senior Secured Credit Facilities could result in the requirement to immediately repay all amounts outstanding.

Secured Credit Facilities means those credit facilities extended to or for the benefit of Sellers as set forth on Schedule 1.1(mmmmmm) hereto.

  • Senior Secured Credit Facilities means the revolving credit facility and other credit facilities under the Credit Agreement, including any guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements, refundings, refinancings or replacements thereof and any one or more indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that replace, refund, supplement or refinance any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that increases the amount borrowable thereunder or alters the maturity thereof (provided that such increase in borrowings is permitted under Section 4.09 hereof) or adds Restricted Subsidiaries as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder and whether by the same or any other agent, trustee, lender or group of lenders or holders.

  • Senior Credit Facilities means, collectively, the Senior ABL Facility and the Senior Term Facility.

  • Debt Facility means any Senior Facility and any Second Priority Debt Facility.

  • Credit Facility Agreement means the Credit Facility and Reimbursement Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007, between the Bond Bank and the Bank providing for the timely payment, when due, of a portion of the principal of and interest on the Notes, all subject to such conditions and under such terms as described in Article X of the Indenture.
