secure premises definition

secure premises means a physical establishment, house, building or any other structure from which a banking business may be conducted.
secure premises means a vehicle, building, or part of a building where the Service Provider, at the time of an incident, solely controls all access and egress points and is, as a result, solely responsible for any movement into and from that area;

Related to secure premises

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Note Mortgage and/or an ABL Mortgage.
