Sector Experts means the personnel who will bring in experience, particularly in the field of Tariff Determination/Regulatory Philosophy– tariffs, Aviation, Financial Analysis, data analytics and Legal issues;

The Consultant will develop the report (by utilizing the two Sector Experts), that articulates the interactions between the proposed ETS and existing national policies and the implications for ETS design or potential changes to the existing policy landscape.
