sectional plans definition
sectional plans means the proposed plan of extension to be approved by the Surveyor- General, which is described as a sectional plan and which shows the building in the scheme as divided into two or more sections and common property and which complies with section 5 of the Sectional Titles Act, No. 95 of 1986;
