Examples of Section 6.4 in a sentence

  • Section 6.4 What happens if you do not pay the extra Part D amount?The extra amount is paid directly to the government (not your Medicare plan) for your Medicare Part D coverage.

  • The contribution provisions contained in this Section 6.4 are intended to supersede, to the extent permitted by law, any right to contribution under the Securities Act, the Exchange Act or otherwise available.

  • However, once such Private Placement Warrants are transferred (other than to Permitted Transferees in accordance with Section 2.6 hereof), the Company may redeem the Private Placement Warrants pursuant to Section 6.1 or 6.2 hereof, provided that the criteria for redemption are met, including the opportunity of the holder of such Private Placement Warrants to exercise the Private Placement Warrants prior to redemption pursuant to Section 6.4 hereof.

  • Article 55 BRRD means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.

  • Section 4(2) shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Section 504 Plan means a student’s individualized plan developed by the student’s Section 504 multidisciplinary team after a pre-placement evaluation finding the student is disabled within the meaning of Section 504 and its implementing regulations.

  • Section 3 means Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
