Section 413. Credit Ratings. The Company shall take all reasonable action necessary to enable at least two nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (as that term is used in the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act) to provide credit ratings for the Bonds.

Section 413. 24 The Association shall be entitled to use, when available, the following District equipment for 25 Association Business: copiers, email and computers. The Association shall pay the cost of any 26 consumable materials. Paraeducators may submit a request for a district email account to their 27 immediate supervisor. Every effort will be made to accommodate the requests based on 28 availability.
