Section 401(k) Contribution Account definition

Section 401(k) Contribution Account means the separate portion of each Participant’s Account which reflects contributions on behalf of such Participant under Section 4.1, if any, as adjusted in accordance with Article 7.
Section 401(k) Contribution Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b).
Section 401(k) Contribution Account means the separate portion of each Participant's Account which reflects contributions on behalf of such Participant under Section 4.1, if any, as adjusted in accordance with Article 7.

Examples of Section 401(k) Contribution Account in a sentence

  • Section 401(k) Contributions made by the Company on behalf of a Participant pursuant to Section V shall be credited, as made, to the Participant’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account.

  • The interest of each Participant in his Section 401(k) Contribution Account shall vest to the extent of one hundred percent (100%) as soon as such Section 401(k) Contributions are made on his behalf by the Company pursuant to Article V and as soon as the earnings thereon are credited pursuant to Article VI.

  • Such contribution shall be credited to the Participant’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account.

  • A Participant’s rights to his Section 401(k) Contribution Account shall be nonforfeitable at all times.

  • A Participant, who has no vested interest in his Annual Employer Contribution Account or his Profit Sharing Contribution Account and no Section 401(k) Contribution Account or Rollover Account and who terminates service, shall be treated for purposes of (A) above as if he had received a distribution of the present value of his entire nonforfeitable interest as of the date of his termination of service.

  • Such distributions shall be limited to the sum of (1) amounts in the Participant’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account attributable to amounts transferred from the Prior Plan that had accrued on or before December 31, 1988 (along with earnings attributable thereto), plus (2) amounts in the Participant’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account accrued under the Prior Plan and this Plan after December 31, 1988 (exclusive of any earnings), plus (3) amounts in the Participant’s Rollover Account.

  • The balance of a Terminated Participant’s After-tax Savings Account and Section 401(k) Contribution Account (as determined in accordance with Articles IV and V) shall be valued as of the Valuation Date coinciding with or immediately preceding the date distribution is made to the Participant, and shall be subject to distribution in the same manner as provided in Sections 8.5 and 8.10 (and in the same forms as provided in Section 8.9) without discrimination in favor of or against any class.

  • Distribution of a Participant’s or Former Participant’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account (and the earnings thereon) is subject to Section 5.10 and the limitations of Section 401(k) of the Code.

  • A borrower’s separate loan amount shall be established as of the date on which the loan is made and shall be funded with an amount equal to the principal amount of the loan that is transferred to such account from first the borrower’s Section 401(k) Contribution Account; next from the borrower’s Rollover Account; next from the borrower’s Annual Employer Contribution Account, and finally from the borrower’s Profit Sharing Contribution Account.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • Series Distribution Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.

  • Upper-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Certificate Payment Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.1(c).

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Note Payment Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.1(b).

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.
