Section 10.13.2. 33 Notices of recall shall be sent by certified or registered mail or personal contact to the last 34 known address and/or telephone number as shown on District records. The recall notification 35 shall state the assignment, time and date on which the employee is to report back to work. It 36 shall be the employee’s responsibility to keep the District notified as to his/her current mailing 37 address and telephone number. A recall employee shall be given three (3) working days to 38 notify the District of his/her intention to return to work. The employee shall return to work no 39 later than five (5) days from the receipt of the callback notice except in extreme circumstances. 40 The District may fill the position on a temporary basis provided the recalled employee has 41 notified the District of intent to work within the three (3) workdays.
