SECONDARY SUITES definition

SECONDARY SUITES means a self-contained dwelling unit with a prescribed floor area located in a building or portion of a building of only residential occupancy that contains only one other dwelling unit and common spaces, and where both dwelling units constitute a single real estate entity.
SECONDARY SUITES means a self-contained living space located on the same property as a dwelling. Secondary suites have a separate entrance, cooking, sleeping and bathing facilities and are no larger than 70 m². Secondary suites shall include basement suites, garage suites and garden suites.
SECONDARY SUITES means both a Secondary Suite and Backyard Suite, as defined in Bylaw 1P2007, for the purposes of a Suites Bylaw Amendment; and,
