Primary Mortgage Insurance Insurance obtained from a Primary Mortgage Insurer which insures the holder of a Mortgage Note against loss in the event the related Borrower defaults under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, including all riders and endorsements thereto.
Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.
Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.
Mortgage-backed Securities means securities that are secured or otherwise backed by Mortgage Loans.
Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.
Facility Mortgage As defined in Section 13.1.
Type 1 Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans identified in Exhibit F-1 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, serviced under the WFHM Servicing Agreement and having a Mid-Month Receipt Period with respect to all types of Unscheduled Principal Receipts.

NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT To Whom It May Concern: Vantage Driller IV Co., an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Assignor”), HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that by an Assignment, dated October 25, 2012, and made by the Assignor to Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association (the “Assignee”), as Pari Passu Collateral Agent (as defined under the Intercreditor Agreement defined below), the Assignor assigned to the Assignee all of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to all insurances and the benefit of all insurances heretofore, now or hereafter taken out in respect of the Panamanian flag vessel TOPAZ DRILLER and all proceeds thereof. This Notice and the attached Loss Payable Clauses are to be endorsed on all policies and certificates of entry evidencing such insurances.
ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.
National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.
Mortgage-backed security means a security issued by the authority which is secured by residential mortgage loans owned by the authority.
Premium Mortgage Loan Any Group 1 Premium Mortgage Loan or Group 2 Premium Mortgage Loan.
Conventional Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is not an FHA Loan.
Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.
EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.
Conventional Mortgage means a mortgage for which the principal amount, at the time of commitment, together with all other equal and prior ranking mortgages: (a) in the case of a property purchase, does not exceed the lower of 75% of the purchase price of the underlying real property securing the mortgage and 75% of the appraised value of the underlying real property securing the mortgage as determined by a qualified appraiser; and (b) in the case of a refinancing, does not exceed 75% of the appraised value of the underlying real property securing the mortgage as determined by a qualified appraiser at the time of such refinancing.
FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.
Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).
Jumbo Mortgage Loan is a collective reference to Jumbo Mortgage Loans (Standard Limit) and Jumbo Mortgage Loans (Specialty).
First Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a first priority mortgage lien with respect to any Property.
Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which any Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage Loan Documents have not been delivered to the Custodian.
Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.
Initial Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan conveyed to the Trust Fund on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement as identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Trustee on the Closing Date.
Commercial Mortgage Loan means a loan secured by a Lien on improved real estate used for commercial purposes.
Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.
