Second Supplemental Agreement definition

Second Supplemental Agreement means the agreement dated as of 6 April 2009 made between the Borrower, the Manager, the Corporate Guarantor and the Bank supplemental to this Agreement;

Second Supplemental Agreement means the supplemental agreement amending this Agreement dated 15 August 2019 and made between the parties hereto and NCL International, Ltd.
