Second Quarter Financial Statements definition

Second Quarter Financial Statements means the unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the nine months ended June 30, 2009, together with the notes thereto.

Second Quarter Financial Statements means the unaudited consolidated balance sheet of the Company as of June 30, 2002 and the related unaudited consolidated statements of income and cash flows of the Company for the three month period then ended.

Second Quarter Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.
