Second Exercise Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.1(a) hereof.

More Definitions of Second Exercise Period

Second Exercise Period. In respect of a prepayment for the Second Extension Term, the period of time that is no greater than 60 days before the first day of the Second Extension Term and no less than 30 days before the first day of the Second Extension Term.

Second Exercise Period means the term commencing on the one-year anniversary of the Issue Date and ending on the expiration of this Warrant pursuant to Section 15 hereof; provided, however, if there is a Change of Control prior to the one-year anniversary, then the commencement of the Second Exercise Period shall be 30 days prior to the date of closing of such Change of Control.
