Second degree sexual assault definition

Second degree sexual assault means any forced or coerced or intentional touching or sexual contact (not penetration) clothed or unclothed, with a person’s genital area, anal area, groin, buttocks, or the breasts of a female for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification or assault.
