SECOND BOND definition

SECOND BOND means the Manville Settlement Trusts Second Bond Due March 31, 2015, issued by the Company to the Trust and the PD Trust pursuant to Paragraph 4.1 of the Plan and substantially in the form of Annex E to the Trust Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.
