Second Amendment Fee definition

Second Amendment Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(h).
Second Amendment Fee has the meaning specified therefore in Section 2.10(b).
Second Amendment Fee has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.5(g).

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Agent (for the account of each Lender) an amendment fee in the amount and at the times agreed in the Second Amendment Fee Letter.
