Second Amendment and Restatement Agreement definition

Second Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated as of October 8, 2009 among the Borrower and certain Agents and Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment and Restatement Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory statement to this Agreement.
