Seagram Member definition

Seagram Member means a Member of the Plan who is employed by Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. or Distillers Products Sales Corporation as of the Closing, including such a Member who is employed by another Company subsequent to being employed by Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. or Distillers Products Sales Corporation as of the Closing.
