SDAs means, collectively, the Base Obligation Subordinated Debt Agreement and the Additional Obligation SDA.

Related to SDAs

  • Conduct of Business Regulations means the directions issued by the Bank from time to time on Fair Practices Code and Know Your Customer.

  • FOS means the Financial Ombudsman Service;

  • Business Rules means the rules for day to day use of Interconnector Capacity in Schedule 4;

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
