SDARS Territory definition

SDARS Territory means the United States, its territories and possessions, Canada, Mexico, and any other locations where Sirius XM or an authorized entity thereof, such as Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings, Inc., provides or in the future may provide SDAR Services.
