SCSA means the Company’s software assurance, and shall cover the service provided by Company to Customers ensuring a Customer’s access to support, Product updates, and Product upgrades, as further described in the software license agreement between Company and Customer. SCSA shall in no means whatsoever establish an obligation for Company to Partner or a claim by Partner to Company.
