Scope(s) of Work definition

Scope(s) of Work means individually the Station SOW, Parking SOW, and Brokerage Services SOW and collectively all three Scopes of Work.
Scope(s) of Work means a Scope of Work for each Project agreed by the parties in writing from time to time in the form set out in Schedule 1;
Scope(s) of Work means scopes of work attached hereto as Schedules I through V, which shall be revised by mutual agreement between OMB and Subrecipient, as required, to provide additional details for each phase of implementation of each Program.

Related to Scope(s) of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Type of Work means (insert the type of work you expect to supply the Agency Worker into);

  • hours of work means time during which seafarers are required to do work on account of the ship;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • TITLE OF WORK [INSERT] I am the Principal / Corresponding Author of the Work, and my contact details are found in the signature block below. In order to submit the Work for publication with Xxxxxxx Science, I understand that:  it is necessary to complete and submit this Copyright Letter, along with the Subscription Journal Publication Terms & Conditions and the attached Schedules;  this Copyright Letter, along with the Subscription Journal Publication Terms & Conditions and the attached Schedules, together comprise the copyright assignment and publishing agreement between myself and Xxxxxxx Science relating to the Work; and  while primarily contemplating publication in Xxxxxxx Science subscription journal/s, this documentation also allows me to select an option (“Open Access Plus”) and pay an associated fee to have the Work published on an open access basis.   • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order.   • Similar Nature of Work means of Delivery and Installation of Zoology Laboratory instruments of Diamond Harbour Women’s University.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.
