SCO Contracts definition

SCO Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.6.

Examples of SCO Contracts in a sentence

  • SCO may perform work for Tenants in the ordinary course of business, consistent with past practice, provided such work is (a) fully completed prior to the Closing Date (including, without limitation, work that is agreed to or underway prior to the date hereof and will be completed prior to the Closing Date), (b) required services under the SCO Contracts or (c) consented to by Purchaser, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
