  • Arrangements and requirements for dealing with property related insurance claims will be as follows; – For acts of vandalism or consequential damage as a result of abnormal weather conditions the School’s Premises Manager is required to inform the Sandwell Property Care Contact Centre, providing relevant information as requested by the Contact Centre.
