School Campuses definition

School Campuses means school buildings used for classrooms, laboratories, libraries, gymnasiums, auditoriums, cafeterias, sports fields, and/or similar student facilities as well as surrounding, contiguous premises owned or leased by the Member School Board. The term School Campuses does not include school warehouses, garages, office buildings, or other facilities which are not routinely occupied by students.

Examples of School Campuses in a sentence

  • Organizations desiring to rent a facility on an extended basis shall be allowed to lease only Elementary and Middle School Campuses that are determined by the District.

  • The District shall maintain the School Campus(es) and Facilities by overseeing and contracting for the maintenance of the campus via janitorial staff, grounds keeping, and necessary repair work.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, information or data, in any form, generated by School, Campuses, or their employees, contractors, students, or any other third party on behalf of School or Campuses, and provided or made available to ▇▇▇ for use in or as part of the Services, including without limitation, from the administration of the Assessments and educational records (as such term is defined in FERPA) (the “School Data”) is the exclusive property of the School and/or its Campuses.

  • Non-Instructional classroom supervision is defined as work done by High School teachers, except for Alternative High School Campuses, during Learning Lab, Academic Advisory, Study Hall, PUMA time, etc.

  • There are currently three Edmonton Christian School Campuses, a kindergarten to grade nine school in West Edmonton, a high school in west Edmonton and a Kindergarten to grade nine school in Northeast Edmonton.

  • Organizations desiring to rent a facility on an extended basis shall be allowed to lease only Elementary and Middle School Campuses determined by the District.

  • Electronic communications between Transportation and their drivers using the on-board tablet Transportation information access for School Campuses and Parents Student ID card management solution for printing new and replacement student RFID cards Operational Transportation reports for funding reimbursement including Medicaid reports for students with special needs.

  • Further, if a waiver from a local policy, procedure, protocol, or other requirement is granted to another school in the District that serves students at the same grade levels offered at the School(s), and the policy is not waived by this Agreement, the waiver applies to the School Campus(es) unless the District notifies the School(s) otherwise in writing within 60 days of the waiver’s application to the other school(s).

  • The Parties will collaborate in applying for waivers from any restrictions imposed by Applicable Law when it is jointly determined that such waivers would expand opportunities for students enrolled in the School Campus(es).
