Related to Scheme Posting Date

  • Posting Date means the date specified in the “Statement of Account” on which date the transaction was received by the “Bank” from the location at which the “Card” was used and posted to the “Card Account”.

  • Scheme Effective Date means the date on which a copy of the High Court order sanctioning a Scheme is duly filed on behalf of the Target with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 899 of the Companies Act.

  • Scheme Year means a period of one year beginning with 1st April and ending with 31st March;

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.
