Scheduled to be Due means, in the case of an interest payment, that such interest payment would accrue during the related calculation period for the Underlying Asset.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Scheduled Principal Balance With respect to any Mortgage Loan: (a) as of the Cut-off Date, the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of such date, net of the principal portion of all unpaid Monthly Payments, if any, due on or before such date; (b) as of any Due Date subsequent to the Cut-off Date up to and including the Due Date in the calendar month in which a Liquidation Event occurs with respect to such Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the Cut-off Date, minus the sum of (i) the principal portion of each Monthly Payment due on or before such Due Date but subsequent to the Cut-off Date, whether or not received, (ii) all Principal Prepayments received before such Due Date but after the Cut-off Date, (iii) the principal portion of all Liquidation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds received before such Due Date but after the Cut-off Date, net of any portion thereof that represents principal due (without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note) on a Due Date occurring on or before the date on which such proceeds were received and (iv) any Realized Loss incurred with respect thereto as a result of a Deficient Valuation occurring before such Due Date, but only to the extent such Realized Loss represents a reduction in the portion of principal of such Mortgage Loan not yet due (without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note) as of the date of such Deficient Valuation; and (c) as of any Due Date subsequent to the occurrence of a Liquidation Event with respect to such Mortgage Loan, zero. With respect to any REO Property: (a) as of any Due Date subsequent to the date of its acquisition on behalf of the Trust Fund up to and including the Due Date in the calendar month in which a Liquidation Event occurs with respect to such REO Property, an amount (not less than zero) equal to the Scheduled Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the calendar month in which such REO Property was acquired, minus the aggregate amount of REO Principal Amortization, if any, in respect of such REO Property for all previously ended calendar months; and (b) as of any Due Date subsequent to the occurrence of a Liquidation Event with respect to such REO Property, zero.

  • Discounted Prepayment Effective Date means in the case of a Borrower Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment, Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offer or Borrower Solicitation of Discounted Prepayment Offer, five (5) Business Days following the Specified Discount Prepayment Response Date, the Discount Range Prepayment Response Date or the Solicited Discounted Prepayment Response Date, as applicable, in accordance with Section 2.05(a)(v)(B)(1), Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1) or Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(1), respectively, unless a shorter period is agreed to between the Borrower and the Auction Agent.

  • Scheduled means, with respect to any Claim, the status, priority, and amount, if any, of such Claim as set forth in the Schedules.

  • Pool Scheduled Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

  • Unscheduled Principal Amount The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan, other than a Liquidated Loan, with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses y(ii) and y(iii) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amounts being multiplied by the Class A Prepayment Percentage.

  • Predetermined rate means an indirect cost rate, applicable to a specified current or future period, usually the governmental unit's fiscal year. This rate is based on an estimate of the costs to be incurred during the period. Except under very unusual circumstances, a predetermined rate is not subject to adjustment. (Because of legal constraints, predetermined rates are not permitted for Federal contracts; they may, however, be used for grants or cooperative agreements.) Predetermined rates may not be used by governmental units that have not submitted and negotiated the rate with the cognizant agency. In view of the potential advantages offered by this procedure, negotiation of predetermined rates for indirect costs for a period of two to four years should be the norm in those situations where the cost experience and other pertinent facts available are deemed sufficient to enable the parties involved to reach an informed judgment as to the probable level of indirect costs during the ensuing accounting periods.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Order Date means, with respect to a Purchase Order, the date specified in Section 2.3(a) and, with respect to a Redemption Order, the date specified in Section 2.6(a).

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Scheduled Balance Not applicable.

  • Scheduled Principal Amount The sum for each outstanding Mortgage Loan (including each defaulted Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired by the Trust Estate) of the product of (A) the Non-PO Fraction for such Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of the amounts described in clauses Iy(i) and Iy(iv) of the definition of Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount, but without such amount being multiplied by the Class A Percentage.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Scheduled Unavailability Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • AMOUNT DUE means, the amount which is the total of the purchase price of the lot and the tax payable on it, which a successful tenderer shall have to pay. The purchase price along with tax payable on the storage / purchased quantity in addition to the notified quantity will also be included in it.

  • Termination Rate means a rate per annum equal to the arithmetic mean of the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to each party (as certified by such party) if it were to fund or of funding such amounts.

  • Acceptance and Prepayment Notice means a notice of the Borrower’s acceptance of the Acceptable Discount in substantially the form of Exhibit M.
