Scheduled Project definition

Scheduled Project shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.23 of the Credit Agreement.
Scheduled Project means a Transmission Investment Incentives Project for which project details are specified in Annex A to this condition in respect of funded pre-construction works and/or funded construction works;
Scheduled Project means a project identified by Halton Hills and agreed upon by SWE to be undertaken by SWE within a set time period;

Examples of Scheduled Project in a sentence

Related to Scheduled Project

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Scheduled Principal The principal portion of any Scheduled Payment.

  • Unscheduled Principal With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of:
