SCHEDULED POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENTS means, collectively, those pooling and servicing agreements described on Schedule 2 attached hereto to which the Seller is a party, pursuant to which the Seller acts as the servicer of portfolios of mortgage loans, or by which Seller's servicing obligations are governed. For all purposes of this Agreement, the term "Scheduled Pooling and Servicing Agreements" shall include the Scheduled Supplement thereto, and any and all instruments, agreements, invoices or other writings, which gives rise to or otherwise evidence any of the Historical Advances.
