Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date definition

Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date means the date set forth in Paragraph 6.1.3.
Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date means and refer to August 18, 2000, as such date may be adjusted pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date means the agreed scheduled date upon which CONTRACTOR is to achieve Mechanical Completion, as set forth in Schedule “B”, and as may be adjusted under the Contract.

  • Nothing in this Paragraph 15 shall be construed to revise the Critical Milestone Dates or the Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date.


More Definitions of Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date

Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date means the date or dates set forth in the Job Specification for Mechanical Completion of the Work, which may be modified or adjusted by Change Orders. The Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date shall be finalized within four (4) months of the effective date of this Agreement.
Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date for each Subproject shall mean the date by which Contractor is scheduled to achieve Mechanical Completion of the Subproject , as set forth in the Project Schedule to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.4.

Related to Scheduled Mechanical Completion Date

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
