Scheduled Maintenance Period definition

Scheduled Maintenance Period means the period of time elapsed during any scheduled maintenance performed by Qubit on the Products or the Network. Qubit will provide Customer with at least one (1) day advance notice for standard maintenance. Qubit will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during hours other than during regular business hours. Scheduled maintenance notifications will be sent to a single Customer email address. It is Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the provided email address is current and fully functional. Customer’s email address for notification purposes must be communicated to Qubit in writing.
Scheduled Maintenance Period means any period during which any of the City’s Facilities are, pursuant to Section 10.3 or section 10.4(b), shut down in whole for scheduled maintenance;
