Scheduled Fees definition

Scheduled Fees means the prices prescribed by the Commonwealth from time to time for Services set out in the Schedule of Fees

More Definitions of Scheduled Fees

Scheduled Fees means the prices prescribed by the Commonwealth from time to time for Services set out in the Schedule of Fees;
Scheduled Fees means the fees payable to Contracted Service Providers by the Commonwealth in relation to the provision of Services set out the Schedule of Service Items and Fees, subject to clause 14.3.

Scheduled Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(G) and Schedule 2. Sister Agreement means that certain Exclusive Patent License Agreement by and between Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Licensee, effective as of November 9, 2015, as amended or modified from time to time.
