Schedule to the Policy definition

Schedule to the Policy means that part of the Policy entitled “Schedule Referred to in, and forming part of the Policy” which is signed on behalf of Raheja QBE and which provides the Insured’s individual particulars and the conditions specifically applying in addition to or in amendment of the standard terms and conditions of the Policy.

  • NOTIFICATION OF A TERMINAL PROGNOSIS CLAIM Upon confirmation of a Terminal Prognosis of less than 12 months by a medical practitioner, notification should be made in writing to the Company at its address shown in the Schedule to the Policy.

  • Schedule TO shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of Buyer referred to in, and delivered pursuant to, this Agreement.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Buyer to Seller prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

The Sections of the Seller Disclosure Schedule will be numbered to correspond to the applicable Section of this Agreement and, together with all matters under such heading, will be deemed to qualify only that Section unless it is manifestly evident from such disclosure that it qualifies another Section, in which case it will be deemed to qualify such other Section.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Disclosure Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Schedule 14D-9 has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(a).

  • Schedule 13E-3 has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(a).

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Sellers Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on the date hereof.
