Schedule of Rejected Contracts and Leases definition

Schedule of Rejected Contracts and Leases means a schedule of the contracts and leases to be rejected pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and Section 10.1 of this Plan, which shall be filed by the Debtors at least five (5) Business Days prior to the start of the Confirmation Hearing, as such schedule may be amended from time to time on or before the Effective Date.
