Schedule of Penalties means the schedule of penalties set out in Schedule H.

Schedule of Penalties means a schedule of fines and/or penalties for violation of any of the provisions of the Malaga Code. The Schedule of Penalties shall be part of the Malaga County Water District Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, Penalties and Recovered Costs.

Examples of Schedule of Penalties in a sentence

  • To the extent the Schedule of Penalties addresses such matter, the Members and the Sector hereby waive any claims to actual, direct, or indirect damages, and instead agree that payment of the amounts set forth on the Schedule of Penalties and costs of enforcement shall be their sole remedy for breaches of this Agreement.

  • Penalties for any violations of this Agreement shall, to the extent addressed in the Schedule of Penalties, be limited to the amounts set forth on the Schedule of Penalties plus all costs, fees and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by the Sector or, in a case in which the Sector does not take enforcement action, by the Members bringing such action, in enforcing the provisions of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement, including the Exhibits hereto, the Schedule of Penalties and any other documents incorporated by reference herein, constitutes the entire agreement among the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or among the parties, written or oral, to the extent they related in any way to the subject matter hereof.

  • If, upon the conclusion of such investigation, the Committee determines by an affirmative vote of a majority (51%) of its members that a violation of this Agreement, the Harvesting Rules, the Plan, or other Sector requirements (as may be adopted under the terms of this Agreement or the Sector’s Bylaws) has occurred, it may impose any penalties prescribed in the Schedule of Penalties to the Member, its Permits and its Participating Vessels by the Sector, or issue “stop fishing” orders.

Related to Schedule of Penalties

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.

  • Schedule of Retained Causes of Action means the schedule of certain Causes of Action of the Debtors that are not released, waived, or transferred pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Closing Checklist means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex D.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
