Schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedules of executory contracts and unexpired leases and Passed Through Rights, to be assumed or rejected by Debtor in, or passed through, the Chapter 11 Case, as the case may be (as amended pursuant to a Plan Supplement or otherwise as amended pursuant to the terms of the Plan, or an order of the Bankruptcy Court).
