Scattered Sites definition

Scattered Sites means a Project which is comprised of separate buildings that are considered a single Project if the buildings meet the following criteria:
Scattered Sites for a single Development means a Development consisting of real property in the same county (i) any part of which is not contiguous (“non-contiguous parts”) or (ii) any part of which is divided by a street or easement (“divided parts”) and (iii) it is readily apparent from the proximity of the non-contiguous parts or the divided parts of the real property, chain of title, or other information available to the Corporation that the non-contiguous parts or the divided parts of the real property are part of a common or related scheme of development.
Scattered Sites means Projects that meet the following criteria:

Examples of Scattered Sites in a sentence

  • If the Development consists of Scattered Sites, this resident program must be provided on the Scattered Site with the most units.

  • If the proposed Development consists of Scattered Sites, site control must be demonstrated for all of the Scattered Sites.

  • If the proposed Development consists of Scattered Sites, this information must be provided for each of the Scattered Sites.

  • All features and amenities committed to and proposed by the Applicant that are not unit- specific shall be located on each of the Scattered Sites, or no more than 1/16 mile from the Scattered Site with the most units, or a combination of both.

  • If the Development consists of Scattered Sites, the Resident Program must be held on the Scattered Site with the most units.


More Definitions of Scattered Sites

Scattered Sites for a single Development means a Development consisting of more than one parcel in the same county where two or more of the parcels (i) are not contiguous to one another or are divided by a street or easement and (ii) it is readily apparent from the proximity of the sites, chain of title, or other information available to the Corporation that the properties are part of a common or related scheme of development.
Scattered Sites means two or more parcels in the same county, contiguous to one another, sharing at least one common boundary between them, or within such reasonable proximity to each other as to appear to the public to be under the dominion and control of the Applicant.
Scattered Sites for a single Development means a Development consisting of real property in the same county (i) any part of which is not contiguous (“non-contiguous parts”) or (ii) any part of which is divided by a street or easement (“divided parts”) and

Scattered Sites means facilities with licensed private non-medical institution beds at scattered locations serving a minimum of four eligible members, as long as the service provided consistently fits within the definition of the applicable appendices in accordance with Chapter III, Section 97, of the MaineCare Benefits Manual.

Scattered Sites for a single rental Project means a Project consisting of real property in the same county (i) any part of which is not contiguous (“non-contiguous parts”) or (ii) any part of which is divided by a street or easement (“divided parts”) and (iii) it is readily apparent from the proximity of the non-contiguous parts or the divided parts of the real property, chain of title, or other information available to the Corporation that the non- contiguous parts or the divided parts of the real property are part of a common or related scheme of the Project. For a homeownership Project, “Scattered Sites” means a Project of five (5) or more housing units developed on sites that are more than 2,000 feet apart and there are not more than four (4) housing units on any one site.
