Scattered Site Project definition

Scattered Site Project means multiple location Projects that:
Scattered Site Project means a project that consists of buildings which are not all proximate to one another, is financed pursuant to a common financing plan and 100 percent of the residential rental units of which are rent-restricted within the meaning of section 42(g)(2) of the Code.
Scattered Site Project means multiple location Projects which are either At-Risk Projects within the same city or within five (5) miles of each other; or Non-At Risk Projects within one (1) mile of each other.

Scattered Site Projects in Urban Areas- A Scattered Site Project located in an urban area may identify only the street addresses for each separate site.

Additional Sites- No additional sites may be included in a Scattered Site Project following the Application Deadline unless the Project is located in a Redevelopment Area and the local governmental unit requests the addition of new sites within the Redevelopment Area; however, no additional sites may be included in a Project following carryover allocation.

More Definitions of Scattered Site Project

Scattered Site Project means a Project located on multiple Sites. "Site" means the address or physical location of the Units withinthe Project.
Scattered Site Project means a project that consists of buildings which are not all proximate to one another but located within the same municipality. The entire project must be included within a municipally approved redevelopment area. The Agency must determine that a scattered site project would be a compliment to the municipality’s overall redevelopment plan. A project that is complementary to an overall redevelopment plan will be found to have a positive impact on the neighborhood by improving the health, safety and welfare of the residents. To be considered an eligible project, each building must meet one or both of the following criteria: (1) be within ½ mile of a rail, light rail, subway, ferry, or major bus corridor station (2) within an approximate ½ mile radius of the most central project building. Additionally, each building must be underwritten as self supporting and the developer will be responsible for providing personal guarantees or other acceptable credit enhancement on each building as security against the aggregate loan.
